NOTICE is given that the Recorder of Titles intends, after the expiration of fourteen days, to issue a new Certificate of Title pursuant to Section 35 of the Land Titles Act 1980 to replace Certificate of Title Volume 19863 Folio 2 in the name/s of CHARLES LEWIS ELLIS and ANNE MAREE ELLIS to the land situate in the Town of TAROONA which is declared to have been lost, mislaid or destroyed.
