NOTICE is given that the Recorder of Titles intends, after the expiration of seven days, to issue a new Certificate of Title pursuant to Section 35 of the Land Titles Act 1980 to replace Certificate of Title Volume 152949 Folio 2 in the name of PETER BUCKLEY to the land situate in the Parish of HARFORD which is declared to have been lost, mislaid or destroyed.
