In the matter of the Deceased PATRICIA ANNE WALKINGTON late of 52 Leslie Avenue Blair Athol SA 5084 who died on 19th October 2023 at Blair Athol aged 60 years.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Trustee Act 1936, the Inheritance (Family Provision) Act 1972 and the Family Relationships Act 1975 that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims against the above estate are directed to send full particulars and evidence of such claims to the undersigned on or before 28 October 2024 otherwise they will be excluded from the distribution of the estate.
