CREDITORS’ NOTICE PURSUANT TO s67 TRUSTS ACT 1973
Would any person having any claim, whether as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise, in the estate of CAROL SUSAN STIRK also known as CAROL SUSAN DAVIS late of Estia Pacific Paradise, 26 Menzies Drive, Pacific Paradise, deceased, send in particulars of their claim to KENNETH CLIVE STIRK, the Administrator of the estate, at Unit 18, Living Gems, 596-600 David Low Way, Pacific Paradise, Queensland within six weeks from the date hereof, at the expiration of which time, pursuant to s 67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the Administrator shall then have had notice.
