Creditors' Notice pursuant to s67 of the Trusts Act 1973
Any persons having a claim, whether as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise, in the estate of Dennis Frank Scott late of Blue Care Carina Aged Care, 455 Richmond Rd, Carina in the State of Queensland, who died on 22 June 2024, send in particulars of their claim to Wanda Leilani Scott care of the solicitors named below within seven (7) weeks from the date hereof, at the expiration of which time, pursuant to s 67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Applicant will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the Applicant shall then have had notice.
