Creditors' Notice pursuant to s67 of the Trusts Act 1973
Any persons having a claim, whether as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise, in the estate of Clive Bagnall late of 6 Narell Court, Sunnybank Hills in the State of Queensland, who died on 25 April 2024, send in particulars of their claim to Christopher Bagnall care of the solicitors named below within seven (7) weeks from the date hereof, at the expiration of which time, pursuant to s 67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Applicant will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the Applicant shall then have had notice.
