Any person having a claim, as creditor, beneficiary or otherwise, in the estate of LORRAINE HEATHER COLBRAN late of 44 Warren Street, St Lucia, Queensland who died on 11 March 2022, is required to send particulars to the solicitors below no later than 21 July 2025 at which time the administrator will proceed to distribute the estate among persons entitled thereto with regard only to claims she shall have notice of.
