Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 41 of the Partnership Act 1958, that with effect from 28 March 2024 GP Avalon Investments 1 Pty Ltd ACN 610 746 355 as trustee for the GP Avalon Investments 4 Trust, DH Avalon Investments 1 Pty Ltd ACN 610 749 703 as trustee for the DH Avalon Investments 4 Trust and MK Avalon Investments 1 Pty Ltd ACN 610 747 370 as trustee for the MK Avalon Investments 4 Trust are no longer partners in the partnership known as the Avalon Investments 4 Partnership.
