NOTICE is given that the Recorder of Titles, intends, after the expiration of fourteen days, to issue a new Certificate of Title pursuant to Section 35 of the Land Titles Act 1980 to replace Certificate of Title Volume 23795 Folio 20 in the name/s of CHRISTOPHER ARTHUR SMITH and LEONA FAY SMITH to the land situate in the Town of DODGES FERRY which is declared to have been lost, mislaid or destroyed.
