Abandoned Goods Notice – Various goods left by Pump Hospitality Group Pty Ltd ('Lessee') in the premises at Ground Floor Tenancy Shop 3 and Basement Store C, 63 Pirie Street, Adelaide SA 5000 ('Premises') have been stored by Raptis Properties Pty Ltd ('Lessor') in a safe place and manner in accordance with the provisions of the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995 (SA) ('Act'). This follows the termination of the lease between the Lessee and the Lessor in respect of the Premises on 9 August 2024. The goods will be sold if not reclaimed within 60 days of this notice.
