We are seeking a person to commence part-time duties in July for 22.5 hours per week (neg) to ensure the office environment runs smoothly and to provide support for the Manager and Advocates. This is a 12 month contract with the potential for ongoing employment.
The successful applicant will:
Have proven experience in administrative and accounts payable processes.
Have a good understanding of working within a small organisation.
Be able to relate to people with intellectual disability.
Have experience in financial management including payroll.
Be highly motivated, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a team player.
Clerks Award Level 5. Salary Sacrifice available.
