Butler McIntyre & Butler (BMB) is looking for a hardworking, energetic law clerk to join its Wills & Probate team.
It is expected the successful candidate will have experience in Probate and Estate administration matters, preparing Supreme Court documents to obtain a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration, all aspects for the administration and distribution of estates, strong written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
BMB is a long established law firm located in the central Hobart business district. BMB offers a range of legal services to local, national and international clients in the areas of Property and Commercial Transactions, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Family and Relationship Law, Employment and Industrial Relations, Wills and Probate, Estate Planning and Criminal Law. We have a wealth of experience with our Estate Planning team and are looking for a Probate Clerk / PA to work closely with our senior Probate Clerk and lawyers.
