JOB DESCRIPTION
Location – DARWIN
'Personal Carer / Helper' (Home based)
Keen, reliable (non-smokers) required to care/help an active and motivated male with a physical disability, quadriplegia.
Duties include; helping with showering, dressing and preparation of small meals.
Assist with a simple stretching routine, exercises and the diligent preservation of general health and well-being.
Small duties included i.e. shopping and cleaning.
Occasionally accompany client on daily activities outside the home environment.
A relaxed atmosphere on offer with on-the-job training provided by current team member to ensure all involved are comfortable with routine.
Casual shifts and opportunity for long term employment are on offer.
Wages vary $40-70/hour est.
25 – 40 plus est. hours per week
