What does the job look like?
Reporting to the State Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that operations excel at service delivery, managing customer relationships and profitability. Key areas:
•The smooth execution of the day-to-day operations, with timely work turn around and quality
•Coordinate the work with preferred service providers and the operational team
•Management of repairs and maintenance of Linfox equipment, ensuring it is conducted in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, Linfox policies and the NHVR accreditation
•Monitoring operational metrics and driving results through frontline engagement with staff
•Responsible for managing site OH&S policies & procedures
Are you the one?
•Heavy Diesel qualified
•Proven leadership and staff management experience
•Strong commitment and focus on safety
•Experienced in Prime Movers, Trucks and Trailer maintenance
•Ability to apply quality control techniques
•Can interpret maintenance manuals and engineering drawings
