unique opportunity for a professional chef looking to join the kitchen team and who loves creating memorable experience.
We are looking for an outstanding person & who can work permanently for
two years, must have three years or more Chef experience required, you will be working in busy Indian commercial kitchen, delivering good quality and modern innovative food.

Task & Responsibilities:
· Planning menus, estimating foods and labor costs and ordering
food supplies.
· Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation
and presentation.
· Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, dietician
and kitchen and waiting staff.
· Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures.
· Preparing and cooking food.
· Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations.
· Ability to manage your own sections and deliver a consistently
high standard of food throughout service.
Skills:
. Possesses strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.
· Should have good interpersonal and organizational skills.
· Should have exceptional multitasking and time management skills.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant role.
· Must have qualifications Diploma in Commercial Cookery or Certificate IV Commercial cookery in Australia.
