Butler McIntyre & Butler (BMB) is looking for a hardworking, energetic conveyancing clerk to join its Property and Commercial Transactions team
It is expected the successful candidate will have experience in the conveyancing industry, and the competence to run both Vendor and Purchaser transactions, with some experience with subdivisions, and the ability to complete these transactions from start to finish. The successful candidate will need to be able to work efficiently, independently with the support of a team and have strong written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
BMB is a long established law firm located in the central Hobart business district. BMB offers a range of legal services to local, national and international clients in the areas of Property and Commercial Transactions, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Family and Relationship Law, Employment and Industrial Relations, Wills and Probate, Estate Planning and Criminal Law.
