We are currently seeking a Civil Supervisor- Subdivisions with significant subdivision experience for an projects in Plainland and Toowoomba.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience on sub-division projects with the demonstrated ability to achieve quality, on time outcomes while maintaining excellent safety and environmental outcomes.

Key requirements:
Provide supervision of crew, including managing performance and behaviour in the workplace
Manage site safety and environmental compliance
Manage sub-contractors
Planning and coordination of resources to meet project objectives
Ability to integrate engineering and construction methodologies
Read and interpret drawings and surveys
Ability to work hands on if required
Strong communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal
