Country Home Services is an organisation based across the rural communities of the Yorke Peninsula, Lower North and Barossa Valley Aged Care Planning Region. It is within these communities that we have delivered services for over 30 years, working with country people of all ages. We pride ourselves in being local and importantly we aim to match our clients with locally based independent contractors who provide a range of quality services. Services can include domestic assistance, home maintenance, home modifications, personal care, and social support. These services help our people remain in their own homes, in their own community.
With the pending retirement of our current CEO, we are now seeking to fill this position. The CEO is responsible for the efficient and effective planning, budgeting, service delivery, management, and administration of all aspects of the organisation. The position has the day-to-day responsibility and accountability of the organisation through implementing the broad direction of the organisation’s Strategic Plan and ensuring our model of service delivery continues to meet the needs of our clients. The successful candidate can be based at our Nuriootpa, Clare, or Kadina offices.
To be considered for this position, candidates must be able to demonstrate relevant and solid experience in an executive or senior management position and demonstrate the ability to satisfy the requirements of the role as per the Job & Person Specification.
