Council is seeking to appoint an ICT professional with the ability to effectively manage Council’s ICT infrastructure and systems. Reporting to the Manager Finance & Information the ICT Co-ordinator will provide high level technical advice to management and be responsible for the delivery of ICT services and solutions.  


To be successful in the role the applicant will require:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing key ICT documentation, including ICT strategies, operational plans, policies, procedures and budgets;
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in the delivery of a wide range of ICT services, including the provision of advice and education to system users;
  • Demonstrated experience in initiating and managing ICT projects, utilising conceptual, analytical and investigative skills and the ability to think critically and resolve problems;
  • Demonstrated experience in providing key ICT advice to management, with the  ability to consult and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders;
  • A commitment to participating as a key member of a functional team, with the ability to lead and motivate others.


This is a permanent, full time position, 80 hours per fortnight with a monthly RDO.  Salary will be in the range of $90 558.75 to $96 298.75 and 14.5% super on completion of 6 months probation.
