Migrant Resource Centre Tasmania is a statewide organisation delivering a broad array of services. Due to continuing development and growth opportunities we have two new Director positions available to support achievement of our ambitious strategic objectives.
As a member of the Executive Group, you will share responsibility for representing MRC Tas values, be confident in influencing those around you, have the experience to leverage opportunities and naturally impact the outcomes we achieve. Director of Programs Reporting to the CEO, this is an exciting senior leadership role to drive service delivery at strategic and operational levels.
The Director of Programs will guide MRC Tas client programs statewide and will lead diverse teams working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
You will be highly motivated and primed to develop and implant strategic purpose in line with operational priorities. You will have experience in a similar environment and a demonstrated understanding of managing, developing and evaluating programs. Through effective leadership, team development and clarity of vision you will foster a high performance culture to ensure sustainable, targeted and effective services. You will be well supported by a team of skilled and motivated staff.
Director of People and Culture Building on the work of our Human Resource Advisor, the Director of People and Culture will manage, implement and measure human resource strategies across MRC Tas. Our workforce is diverse and includes over 200 volunteers managed by our Volunteer Coordinator. About You You will be experienced in working in a leadership position to develop people strategies that align to organisational direction.
You will be an instinctive motivator, empowering others to develop and apply their diverse knowledge. Confident in leading a culture of engagement and respect you will guide strategies that ensure staff are supported to achieve their goals. You will be passionate about identifying and developing opportunities to align key strategies, trends, issues and best practice initiatives.
