We are looking for the following Fixed Term positions:
Family Services Manager (Full Time)*
The Family Services Manager is responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer to deliver high quality, culturally appropriate family and community services to meet the community’s needs. The purpose of the position is to provide effective leadership, management and coordination of the various family support services.
Qualifications and Experience:
Human & Community services/Social Work at Diploma or higher level with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. Current exposure to QLD Child Protection environment is highly desirable.
HR Administration Officer (Part-Time)
Ideally the successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, exceptional organisational skills, an eye for detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, work in a team environment and to work autonomously and take ownership of your role.
Skill and Experience
A minimum of at least 3 years in Human Resources and adminsitrative experience. Knowledge and ability to apply the National Employment Standards and the Fair Works Act.
Finance Officer (Part-Time)
The role of the Finance Officer is responsible for providing all transactional finance services to the business including, but not limited to, payroll, reconciliations, accounts payable & receivable, assisting in the production of financial reports. To be successful for this role you must possess a high knowledge of financial transactions and a proven ability in maintaining confidentiality and compliance with appropriate legislation.
Skill and Experience
MYOB, BAS & PAYG, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and Excel skills are essential with a least 3 years bookeeping experience.
Health Promotion Officer (Full-Time) *
This position is required to plan, develop, implement and evaluate health promotion strategies in the Tableland region in schools and in communities. Skills and Experience Excellent organisational, communication and planning skills. Previous experience not necessary.
