Yeperenye is an Aboriginal owned property investment and management company that aims to generate a sustainable revenue stream to be applied to the economic & social development of Aboriginal people in Central Australia. Surplus profits are reinvested to increase the company asset base and to provide Aboriginal people within our region with education opportunities, sport and arts sponsorships, health and well-being initiatives, employment generation and other important programs to assist Central Australian Aboriginal people.
Reporting to the Property Portfolio Manager, you will develop an innovative marketing strategy at the Centre level. The marketing plan will engage with the local community, generate consumer and retailer engagement and contribute to Centre’s sales growth, with a focus on the customer.
You will ideally have a minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Shopping Centre Marketing Manager or 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role within a retail, media or sales driven environment. You will be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and in a team environment, with skills to build relationships with tenants, customers, community and other stakeholders.
