General Repairs & Building Maintenance Panel
The Barossa Regional Procurement Group (comprising The Barossa Council, Light Regional Council, Adelaide Plains
Council, Town of Gawler and Mid-Murray Council) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced companies, organisations and individuals for inclusion on a preferred supplier panel for the provision of General Repairs & Building Maintenance Works.
The Councils seek to establish a panel of suppliers to provide works to the Councils as and when required.
Individual trades include
• Carpentry and Joinery
• Glazing/Glass Repair
• Gutter Cleaning
• Floor Finishes
• Window Furnishings
• Welding and Fabrication
• General Commercial Builder
The preferred supplier panel will be in place until June 2022, with a possible extension until June 2025.
Through inclusion on the panel Suppliers may be engaged by Councils directly or asked to quote on work. Suppliers included in the panel are not guaranteed work, but will be considered for any general building repairs or maintenance work
of varying complexity.
Tenderers are required complete the Tender Response Schedules, which include identifying the trade/work type, the locations they wish to be considered for work, outlining a schedule of rates, and evidence of appropriate licensing, Public
Liability Insurance. Tenders received will be assessed based on relevant qualifications, experience, location, rates and charges.

A Supplier Information Session, which aims to provide tenderers assistance in completing their tender submissions will be held at:
