(2) To protect people using the camping grounds, caravan parks, and shared facilities accommodation by providing for necessities, healthy and safe environs. Subordinate Local Law No. 8 (Local Government Controlled Areas and Roads) 2018 LL8 To supplement LL8 in order to allow appropriate use of and to protect the health and safety of persons using local government controlled land, facilities, infrastructure and roads and preserve features of the natural and built environment and other aspects of the amenity of local government controlled land, facilities, infrastructure and roads.
